1-ON-1 TRAINING

Private  1-on-1 training for serious players only. Below are details of the options we offer to our players.

  • Pure Technique: these sessions will be based on touching the ball as much as possible during the 60 minute session in a high tempo, challenging environment with less focus on conditioning. This is guaranteed to be physically challenging as we work to sharpen the core techniques.

  • Pure Performance: Conditioning training recommended for players who need to get physically faster, stronger and sharpen the core techniques. Suited to players 12+ and perfect for players who are looking to get back into shape after an injury or a duration of time off from playing soccer. All exercises will be combined with some form of conditioning exercise while also including challenging soccer-centric exercise.

  • Pure+: a hybrid of Pure Technique and Pure Performance focusing more on the core techniques while adding some strength and conditioning elements to each session. Perfect balance between working out and working with the ball.
